Completely renovated and re-opened for June 2011, Cambio at the Castle has its own deli, crammed with authentic Italian produce from olives to oils and balsamic vinegars to biscotti.
You will also find the Cambio fishmongers, supplied by the Billingsgate fish market in London and offering an impressive range of fish and shellfish, including live crabs and lobsters.
The Cambio deli is open from 10am to 6pm, Tuesday to Saturday
